We were asked to design a new logo under the alias of FahFuenFactory for Taiki Sakpisit, a Thai artist and filmmaker based in Bangkok.
The logo is an amalgamation of three motifs—a lightning bolt, a factory and a projection—each representing a specific aspect of the artist. The lighting bolt forms the expression of the anticipation and calm before the storm, a theme commonly explored in his body of works. The factory is derived from the artist’s alias and the projection suggests the primary medium of the artist’s works.

Within the logo system, the angular shape also serves as a structure for the artist to catalogue his works in the future.
