Project
Too Young To Die: Giving New Lease of Life to Singapore’s Modernist Icons
Client

Too Young to Die is a three-dimensional exhibition examining Singapore modernist icons—People’s Park Complex, Pearl Bank Apartments, and Golden Mile Complex—facing demolition threats. We developed the visual identity, exhibition design, and printed collateral, drawing from brutalist architecture with a single-weight typeface and modular letterforms reflecting Metabolist design. Grey concrete tones, receding feature walls, and restrained yellow highlights shape the space, while the publication uses black-only typesetting to echo brutalism’s functional, monochromatic aesthetic.
